Empathy
Using Generative Research methods, I seek to uncover & understand user needs. To reduce cognitive biases, I record my assumptions & read about behavioral psychology.

My aim is to design for as many as people as possible by using inclusive language and following web accessibility guidelines.

Maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders is key for building trust. For repeated processes, I enjoy standardization, supporting consistency and transparency.

I enjoy the puzzle of aligning business, team, and user goals. I hold a BBA, majoring in Entrepreneurship because, to me, this was a way to create positive impact, at scale.
